Description
What You Will Do- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are implemented effectively.
- Coach and guide development teams to achieve sprint goals and project timelines.
- Coordinate development activities and remove obstacles impacting team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and drive continuous improvement within the team.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master handling complex IT application projects.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience coaching development teams in Scrum processes and Agile best practices.
- Good technical understanding of web-based application development.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Maximum age 40 years old.
- Minimum GPA 2.80.
