Description
6-month initial contract - with extensionsWe're partnering with one of Dubai's most prestigious government entities to recruit a PMO Support / Business Analyst who will play a key role in shaping the future of digital government services.
Working as part of a high-profile digital transformation programme, you'll support the delivery of strategic shared digital channel initiatives that improve how citizens, residents and businesses interact with government services. This is an opportunity to work on initiatives that have a real impact at a national level, collaborating with multiple government stakeholders to drive operational excellence, customer-centric design and programme governance.
As the PMO Support / Business Analyst, you'll provide both programme management and business analysis expertise to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of strategic digital initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting programme governance, planning and PMO activities across multiple digital initiatives
- Monitoring programme progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Preparing executive dashboards, governance packs and performance reports for senior leadership
- Coordinating stakeholders across multiple government entities to ensure alignment and effective delivery
- Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements
- Mapping and analysing end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Producing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience and digital channel performance
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting and performance measurement
- Ensuring programme documentation, governance processes and reporting standards are maintained
We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and programme coordination experience. You'll ideally have:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst or PMO Support within large digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, programme reporting and project lifecycle management
- Experience gathering business requirements and producing high-quality documentation
- Proven ability to map customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve digital services
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions or government entities
- Experience producing executive-level presentations, dashboards and governance reports
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience working within government, public sector or large enterprise digital transformation programmes would be highly advantageous
