Description
Job Description- Working closely with project managers to ensure project needs, resources and timelines are fulfilled.
- Ensure successful projects execution according to established objectives, timelines, and costs.
- Collaborate with the project managers to define project goals and establish a plan to achieve them using Project Management tools.
- Coordinating the schedule, issues and budget of the project, and reporting on the current state of the project to company executives.
- Maintain the required documentation (Scope Documents, Status Reports, BRD & Meeting Minutes).
- Analyzing data and producing efficient dashboards and reports to top management to highlight the project's position.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Project and Program Management or any similar field.
- Strong understanding of managing Transformation programs.
- Proficient in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision and Project)
- Good experience of working in matrix organization
- Banking experience preferred but not mandatory.
