The RoleAs a Business Analyst reporting to the Business Analytics Senior Manager, you'll support analytics for our Indonesia commercial team. Working alongside senior analysts, you'll help turn data into insights that support sales, operations, and marketing effectiveness.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your analytics career while gaining exposure to commercial operations. You'll contribute to dashboard maintenance, reporting, and data analysis that helps our teams make informed decisions every day.
Within your first 90 days, you'll develop solid understanding of our database systems and reporting infrastructure, setting the foundation for your growth as a business analyst.

Job Description- Database support and monitoring - Maintain internal databases using SQL, ensuring data is accurate and accessible for commercial teams
- Dashboard and report management - Update and manage Tableau dashboards and deliver regular weekly and monthly reports for Sales, Operations, and Marketing
- Ad-hoc analysis - Respond to data requests and conduct analysis to answer urgent business questions
- Data quality assurance - Monitor data accuracy and flag any issues that could impact reporting or decision-making
- Stakeholder partnership - Work with commercial teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
- Trend identification and insights - Analyze data to spot patterns and trends that could inform business decisions
- Process documentation - Document analytical processes and suggest improvements to make workflows more efficient
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis, business analytics, or related roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including complex formulas and pivot tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of descriptive statistics and business performance metrics
- Ability to navigate database structures and maintain dashboards for stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, effective manner to diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Self-motivated team player with adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous exposure to sales, operations, or commercial teams
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages
- Understanding of the Indonesian business environment
- Experience in technology or online businesses
